More Than Muscle: The Sköll Program

Seven months ago, I created a training program that solved a problem I had in my own life. I was trying to do too much in my training, and having a difficult time sticking to any one program for longer than a couple of weeks. Yes, that still happens to us coaches from time to time.
I wanted something that simplified each session, and still hit all the important aspects of what I consider the complete athlete (strength, power, muscle, and a strong engine.)
The result was The Sköll.
Using the Nordic moniker for “wolf,” I envisioned what attributes the wolf has that makes him so deadly. I realized that they aligned pretty closely with what I was needing.
Since then we’ve had about 20 guys go through the program and achieve some great results (wait till you see Taylor’s here in a minute.)
